30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Products should be returned with original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Items damaged through misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
After your returned item has been inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
